Based on Feathers On A Chain Facinator by Solari
This one had smaller feathers than the original. Closer to what you might find in a store. I also used a brighter silver chain. All of the feathers came from on feather bunch I got at Joann's years ago.
My shirt says "Love Every Body" in reference to a loving all sizes and shapes of people.
