You Will Need

Step 1get your headband and cut a piece of felt into an oval shape

Step 2hot glue feathers onto the felt as you desire

Step 3i didn't like the ends of the feathers, so i decided to cover them up with some old fake flowers i had from another project

Step 4to cover up the holes in the middle of the flowers where the stem was, i added a pearl with a dab of hot glue

Step 5glue the felt with feathers onto the headband and you're done!
