• 

  Step 1

  get some felt make a circle i used a cup to make mine

• 

  Step 2

  cut it out

• 

  Step 3

  pick the color feathers that you want and cut off the ends

• 

  Step 4

  get your glue gun and glue the feathers around in a circle

• 

  Step 5

  it should look like this when your done

• 

  Step 6

  now you can add buttons or jewels i just ran out of jewels so this is all i had left

• 

  Step 7

  get your barrette

• 

  Step 8

  i cut a small rectangled piece of felt too first i glued the barrette to the circle art the i took out that bar on the barrette i dont know what its called but you'll know when you see it the i glued the rectangled part on to make it more secure

  tada your done
