clean the bottle inside and out....create a design and then color in with perminant markers. modge podge one color at a time as it will run. when dried color again...2-3 coats works best. I painted the cap black then painted the bottom of a red glass rock white. when it dried i glued it by setting in modge podge and painting it all over...incapsulating it to the top.
