Based on Fantasy Film Flower Ring by Cat Morley
I couldn't find Fantasy Film, so I used stained glass window paint which I painted onto vellum paper. But, first i glued the silver ring to the vellum paper, and cut it out with a craft knife so it didn't have any paper outside the ring. Then, I painted the paper on one side. After that dried, I glued another ring to the first one, so there were two rings. After the second ring dried, I glued another ring on the other side of the first ring. I did that process six times for the petals, and once for the center. Then I glued all the rings together, which can get very difficult and make sure they are completely dried by the way. Then I glued a circular piece of vellum paper to the back for support. Finally, I glued the base onto the back. I would let the final product sit over night, and before you put the base on, let it sit as well.
