Based on Fantasy Film Flower Ring by Cat Morley
They don't sell Fantasy Film in the States anymore, so I used regular paint. I used enamel paint for the red circles and watercolor paint for the center.
I'm thinking though I'll just pay the cost to use Fantasy Film, because this was really tough..
