Did this last year for my best friend for birthday.
I painted the shoes with normal acrylic colour black and after I put on a skull butterfly stencil with a purple marabu colour for shirts and so on.

i tried to paint my old vans with acrylic because i didnt like them anymore but it looked crap :(
