• 

  Step 1

  take a straw and cut approximately 6cm of it

• 

  Step 2

  then take a pawn of chess board and tie the straw on it as shown(pawn is the smallest playing piece of chessboard with round head i basically used it for the base of tooth/you can take any triangular thing as base if you wish to)

• 

  Step 3

  in a cup add 25ml. of water and 10ml glue and then mix them..

• 

  Step 4

  now take the tissue paper or napkin and tear the small pieces out of it

• 

  Step 5

  now soak those pieces in the mixture of glue and water till they perfectly set in the mixture and break into small pieces

• 

  Step 6

  now take out the paper mache remove extra fluid out of it(you will feel it like a clay)and star applying it on the base you made (refer 2nd step) in a shape of shark tooth

• 

  Step 7

  it would look like this

  now take one spoon chalk powder and add 1 and a half spoon of glue and water mixture to it what we made earlier

• 

  Step 9

  apply it on the tooth and even out the surface (chalk powder gives the tooth that bony appearance)

• 

  Step 10

  now remove the straw and put it in microwave for 30 seconds

• 

  Step 11

  now let it dry in natural sunlight and then get a string through the hole made by straw

• 

  Step 12

  apply aluminium foil or silver paint at the top to give it more real look after it dries completely

• 

  Step 13

  then you can paint it if you wish to and after that its ready to wear

All the shark tooth necklaces I've ever gotten (throughout my lifetime, I have got and lost tons of them) all say on the packaging that it's a fossilized tooth that is centuries old. o.0 This is a cool technique, is this a form of paper mache clay? I'll have to try it!
