BBQ Fajita Kebabs

Cook us some delicious fajita kebabs on your barbie.

    Step 1

    Chop all of the ingredients in to cubes and place them on kebab skewers.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Cook them on a hot bbq for 10 minutes, or until the meat has cooked through.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Cut the fajita breads in half, wrap them around the kebabs and serve with sour cream or bbq sauce.

I sense another item to add to the party this weekend.
You should also do a how to make that little portable grill you used. Lotsa apartment dwellers could use that. If I had thought of that first I wouldn't have bought a little grill.

Hmm, I didn't make the grill myself. Our supermarket sells disposables one for a pound in the summertime, so I stocked up on them.
