1. 

   Firstly,
   Shape The The Two Metal HAngers Into THe Same Shape.
   Then Cut Of The Loop ( Intended For The Hanging Rail )
   And Bin It.

2. 

   Stretch The Stockings Or Tights Over The Shape, Tape At The Ends And Cut Of Any Extra Bits Hanging Off.




3. 

   Glue, Then Tape Over The Two Metal Twisty Bits Comming Off Of Your Shapes.

4. 

   By Now You Should Have If You Have Done It Correctly : The Shape Of Your Wings Both Together?
   If Not Go Back & Correct It.




5. 

   Wrap Ribbon Around The Middle Where You Have Just Attached Together
   If You Want You Can Then Tie A Bow Around THat Part With Some More Ribbon Or You Can Just Glue Some Bits Of Ribbon On And Leave THem Too Hang
   Either Usually Looks Pretty.

6. 

   This Part Is Optional
   You Can Get A Lighter And Light THe End Of A Splint
   Blow Out THe Fire And Whilst Hot Push It Through Parts Of The Wings Too Create A Pattern
   ( If Your Young Or Clumsy GEt Some Help Or Theyres Risk Of Setting Something Or Someone On Fire ... Eep)

7. 

   Get Two More Bits Of Ribbon
   Tie Them Onto The Wings And When Your Wearing Them Tie These Two Bits Of Ribbon Around Your Arms & Tie A Bow Too Attacth Them Too Yourself.

8. 

   This Also Is Optional
   Decorate The Wings However You Please.
