Why have a ordinary cat when yours can have wings ?

A cute toy, thats easy to make. I made it from old clothes, so it cost me nothing.

Instructions

  1. Step 1 1

Double over your main fabric, mark in the cat outline and pin the edges.

  2. Step 2 2

Cut it out and stitch the edges, you can use a sewing machine if you prefer.

  3. 3

Leave a gap, turn inside out and stuff your cat.

  4. Step 4 4

Use a small, thin piece of your main fabric for a tail and stitch on.

  5. Step 5 5

Bunch up the netting until you are happy with a wing shape, pin and cut out.

  6. Step 6 6

Stitch to the back, and repeat for the other wing.

  7. Step 7 7

Find a scrap of fabric for the inside ear. I used a silk heart (they were stolen from the netting). Pin to the ear and stitch on.

  8. Step 8 8

Use a triangle scrap of fabric for the nose ,stuff it if you like.

  9. Step 9 9

Stitch on buttons for the eyes, mine are different sizes, but you can use what you like.

  10. Step 10 10

Your fairy cat is done now !!
