The three Eksheed/Exceed from Fairy Tail!
My sister wanted a plush Carla/Charle, so I decided I'd try to make them all in mini size. Each is only about 7-8" tall. I made them out of felt, and the clothes from some scrap I found. Pantherlily definitely came out the best, but he required a bit more work than the other two, so I'm not really sure why.
Each only took about an hour and a half, and they are all hand sewn cuz of their mini-ness.
