Sorry no photos, but, basically you need some old, soft, stretchy, pastel-coloured tights and some fancy with lace socks.

Then, you cut the tights to whatever lenght you want them, so that in the end you have two socks shapes.

then, you fold over the rough cut edge and sew it, to make nice socks.

you cut off a lenght of the lace socks, with the lacy, frilly edge, and sew that to the inside, and you have yourself some very fairy kei socks.
