Um, well, first you need a thick piece of paper,I didn't include it in the needs, so, sorry. Anyways, you need to first cut it to the size you want the bookmark to be.

Then you take any puffy paint color you want, and make a thin border, I also add the next step with this because I use the same picture. You take different colors of puffy paint (preferably fabric ones) and you can make cute cakes and cupcakes, add thin embellishments too.

Next, you take your colored pens (I prefer gellyrolls) and draw pictures in the background. I make a strawberry pattern and a rocking horse while looking at a my little pony.
