wings:
bend the wire coat hangers into wing shapes, you can use 2 for small ones or 4 for bigger ones... use some hot glue and some of the mesh fabric to tie them together in wings. then cover the coat hangers in the rest of the mesh fabric. hot glue flowers all over the wing shapes
dress:
sew up a dress and cover it in flowers.
