I haven't gone into so much detail because it's fairly easy

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    fabric size of
    80cm x 10cm

    Your necklace will look better if it had a pattern on it

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    sew the hems (to neaten it up)

    and sew the longer sides together
    so it is like a hallow tube


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    insert wool batting into the the "hole"
    and move it so it is in the middle of the baric

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    so it should look something like this...


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    using a black platic elastic
    you tie it around the two ends so the fabric ball does not loosed

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

    and keep repeating so it looks something like this

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

    and then sew on ribbon on the ends

    or if your you can use a longer fabric and just sew the ends together
