Fabric flowers because other ones die too fast...
 <  Image 1 of 4  >

I based these three creations on the great "How to make Eco-friendly Corsages" by Erika Kern at craftstylish.com.
Please go check it out, you will love it. Mine are a lot smaller then hers. The pink and light blue ones are both made out of stretch jersey. They both have flower shaped accessories I had accumulated from old project and clothing items. The third one is made out of this plaid fabric I love. I took a lazy route and just put a little glue around the edges to keep it together and give it proper form. I also did a bit of a rosette circular sewing technique to keep the folds formed. Then I sewed a faux pearl bead in the center. To finish I sewed/glued brooch backs to all three of them. I hope you will all try it, they work great on hats, jackets, bags, belts, you name it! They are so easy you can make one for each and every look you want.
