Nice & Simple

This project is a version of Fabric Bows

I will be honest: I am not a fan of bows. Even when I had long hair, I did not wear them and if I bought an article of clothing with a bow on it... well, I would find a way to remove it without destroying the outfit.

But, for some strange reason, I *L*O*V*E* making these! They are about half the size of the ones made using Creativemind's exact instructions.

The plaid one was made using fabric from a size 2 pencil skirt I got from the thrift store for a couple of bucks a while back. :) The ribbon is from one of the many grab bags of ribbon I purchased many years ago and the stud is off of an old belt I recently picked up. I made 2 of them and am not sure what I am going to do with them. I am thinking at least one will become a necklace of sorts. I have an old black bra strap that I converted into a choker that just may be perfect for this. :)

The grey skull bow was from a scrap from the shirt I posted earlier. Not the best material to use as it was too stretchy and the skulls are too far apart.
