  Step 1

  first you need to cut out 6 samll circles and 6 bigger ones cut an line towars the middle of the circles im using papaer just to show you

• 

  Step 2

  next you fold the cloth back and forth until it looks like a faned out triangle

• 

  Step 3

  now sew the bottom to keep it in place do this to every circle and sew them together put the smaller circles on top of the big ones

• 

  Step 4

  now get some super clue or whatever glue works for you and glue some strong fabric or felt to the bottom in the form of a circle and add a barret
  wear and enjoy!!
