After researching I came up with this (it's similar to one I saw but slightly different)
Uses:
Use before putting on eyeshadow
Add glitter for Halloween make-up (or not ;P)
Add loose eye shadow for a creme eye shadow
Add black (or colored) eye shadow and more creme to make liquid liner
Add powder to make concealer

find a small container to use :P Mine was a box my fairy dust necklace came in

Put in a tsp. of Aloe Vera Gel (mine was green, my mix looks green but when it's on my skin you can't tell)

Add 1/2 a tsp. of face moisturizer(mine is Neutrogena Oil-Free)

Mix with a popsicle stick,coarse make-up brush(like from Halloween make-up kits), or whatever you want to use BUT not your fingers, I think that would be messy >.<

Clean the sides of your container if they have the mix on them and put on the cap :)
