I love this hair clip I made... People look at me weirdly when I wear it and most of them say "You have a month in your hair" And then slowly walk around hehehe... But one person said that it looks like I have evil Dairy Queen Lips in my hair XD Hhehe makes me love it even more
I did see something like this on etsy awhile back but I don't remember the user T__T

First you'll need some paper to draw your pattern out.
You'll want to draw the lips kinda big mine are about 2 and a half inches wide ^^
Cut out your pattern and grab your felt and foam. I used white foam for the teeth, black glittery felt, and red felt for the lips.
Your going to want to cut the lip sharp in black and red. Try and make the black a little smaller then the red so you don't see it when you layer the two on top of each other
When making the opening for the mouth I folded the felt in half and cut it. Sometimes the mouth looks AWESOME other times not so awesome >_< Use a paper first don't be like me.
Now the fun part once everything is cut out. Your going to layer each piece ontop of each other.
first the black then the teeth then the top red lips. Now it might take a little work to get the teeth looking just right through the mouth opening. Once you have it all together grab some glue or thread. I used glue
Oh the black glue your pin, wait for the glue to dry before putting it in your hair hehe
