1. 

   Most felt is square but if its not cut it to a square.

2. 

   fold like an envelope and stitch the two sides like in the picture.

3. 

   make a pom-pom. and stitch on.
   Pom-pom making:
   two pieces of card together,cut out a circle, cut out and iner circle, wrap wool aroung the edges a few times, cut between the two pieces of card (but dont take the card off yet!!) tie a piece of wool tight in between the two bits of card,then take the card off. =]

4. 

   stitch on the velcro as a seal and your all done !!
