• 

  Step 1

  Gather all your Materials.

• 

  Step 2

  First draw the lines you see here and by the inches shown.

• 

  Step 3

  Cut out your sleeves carefully. Dont cut the dotted lines those are for folding.

• 

  Step 4

  This is what it looks like when cut.

• 

  Step 5

  Now fold the dotted lines you can erase the dotted lines if you dont want them on the inside of your sleeves.

• 

  Step 6

  Fold the botton flap.t

• 

  Step 7

  Now trace your circle with a lid almost as big as a cd.

• 

  Step 8

  This is the circle ready to cut.

• 

  Step 9

  Make a little hole in the center of your circle with the tip of your scissors.Cut carefully with the tip of your scissors all the way around the circle.

• 

  Step 10

  This is what it looks like when done.

• 

  Step 11

  Cut the semicircle, not all the way it should be half way and look like this.

• 

  Step 12

  Now start to glue the side of your sleeves and spread the glue.

• 

  Step 13

  Spread the glue to cover the flap.

• 

  Step 14

  Now fold and glue the flaps.

• 

  Step 15

  There you have it almost finished.

• 

  Step 16

  Now put a cd or dvd inside and tuck the top flap in the semicircle and your done.

• 

  Step 17

  This is what it looks like.

i think i'll make one some day. you have made a great tute, thank you for sharing this great idea, i use often a not fitting envelope of t he bank.LOL
so this will be much smarter.;-D
