I made these for our Victorian Era swap :D. They're fairly simple to make; I just found two fabric-covered shank buttons, used the simple stem stitch with green embroidery thread and then I used french knots to make the tiny flowers. I didn't need to glue them onto the bobby pins or anything like that, I just had to thread it through the button's shank.
