When i give a gift i really like the package to be just as special as what is inside. I made a plush whale toy for a baby and decided to carry the theme to the gift bag as well. I simple cut out whale and water shapes several times from tissue paper. i then glued each layer of tissue paper on top of one another. I used regular glue.
