ok so you are going to need a red, black, white, orange and a clear nail polish to make the elmo face. if you have dotting tools you may use them if not you can use a bobby pin, nail, or a sewing pin

first paint your nails red..dont worry if you paint your skin you can clean it later

make 2 white circles for the eyes..make sure they are touching each other..i made the circles with a nail

put 2 black dots between the eyes...i used a bobby pin for this step

use orange nail polish for the nose..i used a sewing pin for this..make a circle (if you can an oval) under the 2 eyes

after you are done put a clear top coat on and thats it your done!! hope you like it =]
