Materials:
• DK weight yarn (Lion Brand Baby Soft)
in the color of your choice.
• B hook (2.25mm)
• Stuffing of your choice.
• Transparent nylon thread (optional) -
Assembly:
Sew on trunk in the center. Stitch on the eyes about three stitches away from the center, across 3 stitches. Sew on the ears. Then sew the legs on the body and the head onto the body.

Round 1: Ch 4, 2 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook.
Sc in next st. 3 sc in the last st. Sc in next 2 sts. (8 sts)
Round 2: 2 sc in every st. (16 sts)
Round 3: (Inc, sc) to end. (24 sts)
Round 4: (Inc, sc 2) to end. (32 sts)
Round 5: (Inc, sc 3) to end. (40 sts)
Rounds 6-14: Sc in every st.
Round 15: (Dec, sc 2) to end. (32 sts)

Round 17: Dec in every st.
Sl st in next st, break yarn.
Trunk:
6 sc into ring.
Round 1: (Inc, sc 2) to end. (8 sts)
Rounds 2-5: Sc in every st.
Round 6: Sl st in next 4 sts. Sc in last 4 sts.
Round 7: Sc in every st.
Round 8: Sl st in next 4 sts. Sc in last 4 sts.

Ears (Make 4):
You’ll be slip stitching two pieces together. (In outer loops only)
