Step 1
Watch the video.

Step 2Gather materials.

Step 3Measure and cut elastic. We wrapped it around one shoe and left about a half inch extra for sewing space.

Step 4Make sure you have two identical pieces.

Step 5Stud elastic as shown in video.

Step 6Complete the same pattern on both pieces.

Step 7Wrap into a cuff and sew. We burned the edges with a lighter to prevent fraying. Make sure that it's secure!

Step 8Slip on as shown.

Step 9Rock 'em with flats!

Step 10Rock 'em with heels!

Step 11Wear them as arm cuffs!

but wouldn't the elastic start fraying from the friction between the ground and the elastic?
