Eighties Dress (Altered)

My dress for a going away party
These pictures are from my going away party which was 80's themed. The dress belonged to my friends grandmother and needed a little altering to be "young" enough to wear. I took about 4.5'' off the bottom of the dress, let the hook out on the belt so I could breathe, and gave it a neckline.
