  1. Step 1

    Using circular pattern as guide, cut one circle from each piece of felt

  2. Step 2

    Using ruler, divide each circle into 8 equal sections, just as you would cut a pie


  3. Step 3

    In each section, mark one rune appropriate to each wheel.
