First print out the templates onto card that I have designed. You can use clear acetate or any colour card.
Then for assembling is a bit like a jigsaw puzzle, you assemble the middle parts which are the biggest follewed by the pitch form shapes, then the three lines which hold globe in place. The base template you cut out and then one goes upwards the otherone fits ok downwards.
