Egg and salad in one!

A yummy and healthy breaky for people who are bored of just plain omelet.
I made it up on my own because I hate following recipes - so I made up my own thing!
You will need:
Carrot, Cucumber, mint, capsicum, any other vegies you can find, egg, milk and garlic.

Project Cost
Cheap

  1. Step 1 1

1st step Break the egg and mix with milk then put it in a frying pan.
    Then cut the veggies,
Carrot, cucumber, mint, capsicum and other nice veggies you can find.
Grate another bit of carrot after you cute a piece. This may not make sense but you'll see..

  2. Step 2 2

Mmm egg look nice? If not add some mint and garlic for presentation and taste!

  3. Step 3 3

Ok now you now there's the tricky part. This is what you HAVE to do : Carefully lift the omelet out of the pan - DO NOT LET IT RIP. Be as careful as a careful thing, if it rips be extra careful.
Quickly lift it out and put it in a bowl. It's meant to turn out like the picture in the next step...

  4. Step 4 4

WAM! It's meant to turn out like this. Ooo pretty!

  5. Step 5 5

Now for the salad! Just through all the veggies together into a bowl - add some more garlic!
(That browny patch is the salad dressing in the next step)

  6. Step 6 6

Ok now for my special random salad dressing!
Here we have a tiny bit of horse radish, a spoon full of mustard, a bit of oil and a bit of vinegar AND some mayonnaise. (Not in picture) You add a lot of mayonnaise (this didn't look very pretty so it's not in the picture...)
then add it to the salad

  7. Step 7 7

Mix it all up and carefully put the salad into the egg in a bowl.
And Volia! That's my wonderful Breakie all done!
    (Good for brunch too!)
