Edible DIY: Buckeye Candies
This week, I'm going to shake things up a bit. Guest post, a home goods DIY on Friday, AND I'm offering you my first ever edible DIY! While I love cooking, I'm not the most consistent with it. So when I do cook, it's often involved and decadent foods, like pizza from scratch, chicken pot pie or baked goods.

Every holiday season, I make the official candy of my home state Ohio, BUCKEYES. Real buckeye nuts from the tree are poisonous, but (barring any allergies) these are not. In fact, they are devilishly delicious, and I always give a batch to my boyfriend's family, who, as lifetime New Yorkers, have never seen a real buckeye.
