A quick, delcious and easy pick-me-up...What more do you need?

For the foamy milk you will need one of the following:
-blender
-magic bullet blender (what i used)
-milk frother

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Boil your water and pour in a small cup.
    Put in your teabags or put loose tea in a strainer or coffee machine filter.
    Let steep for 2-3 minutes, until very strong.

    Pour milk :D
    oh how i love milk


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Microwave milk for 30 seconds.
    Froth your milk:
    -20 secs of blending
    -5 secs of magic bullet blending
    -1 minute of milk frother-ing
    And microwave again for another 30 secs. *WATCH YOUR MILK: the froth might explode all over the microwave D:

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Pour tea in a mug.
    Add sugar.
    Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
    Sprinkle vanilla powder (cinnamon is really good too.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Sit down, relax and enjoy!
    one mug made with skim milk has about 138 calories, so enjoy-practically guilt free!

This sounds really good! Even though it's tea... lol. Btw, my bullet broke, and you can also make steamed milk on the stove if you whisk the milk on low-med while it warms up.
