well... um... i needed some creative and less generic way to spice up my binders for school...

  1. Step 1

    Using a word processing program, MS Word, Publisher or whatever Apples have will work, depending on the simplicity of the font style, a large one will work for most projects, smaller ones are tougher.(I used Arial Bold bolded font size 80) Print your letters or words out on a heavy or thick paper, like stock card.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    You can now start cutting out the letters with a X-ACTO knife, beware of stupid movies with the insides of the letters. It helps to move the paper more than the cutting tool to get around those tough curves, also remember ALWAYS use caution and care when handling sharp objects.

    Unless you're using a stencil style font, it is smart not to butcher the actual letters. They can be used for those letters like A or B that have closed in areas.

    Tips, Tricks & Notes:


    -It can help to cut out the middle of the letters first, you'll have more control.
