Get your trim, I bought mine for about a dollar (1 yd). Sow the button, the two on each side of the trim near the end.

To keep your trim's end from unraveling, use glue and scrape it across the fringe.

Wrap your two hoops around the trim and sow them in place. Your done! You can also use wide ribbon, but trim is thicker and more sturdy, so this is the material I suggest. I hope you liked this tutorial, Leave a comment if you'd like.
