made it for my boy friend, added some carrots and pork to make a curry flavored dish for him.
just like you guys to know that I don't peel the potatoes but just wash and cut them. peel if you want.
wash the potatoes and cut them in wedges or in slices[the slices cook faster]
take a deep frying pan with a cover and pour about 1/3 of warm water into the pan
-turn the burner on at medium heat
-add curry powder [to your taste] to the water and mix.
-now add the potatoes and cover the pan
****WATCH THE WATER LEVEL...YOU DO NOT WANT THE POTATOES TO BURN****
now drain the left over water and serve
