Easy to make cheaper and better then Sara Lee's and way better then the no bake cheesecake mix.

Add to Favorites Add Your Version


  1. Step 1

    In a mixingbowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs and pour into pie crust.

  2. Step 2

    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.


  3. Step 3

    Chill and serve as is or top with any canned pie filling.

I made this on Friday, it works great and tastes AMAZING!! Instead of the pie crust I used crushed digestive biscuits bound with a little butter. It gives a slightly more traditional cheesecake base and is yummy ^^ Thanks for the recipe!!

I've already tried the cheesecake two times, and it's delicious!
but for some obscure reason I can't get the crust to bake just right. I do pre-bake it, but still, the middle stays doughy. I used dry rice to weigh it down, because the first time I forgot and I ended up with more crust then cheesecake... Lesson learned, but I won't give up.
Even if it's not that perfect, it's still deliciously scrumptious.
