I made this on Friday, it works great and tastes AMAZING!! Instead of the pie crust I used crushed digestive biscuits bound with a little butter. It gives a slightly more traditional cheesecake base and is yummy ^^ Thanks for the recipe!!

About the baking at 350 for 40 minutes ...
I'm guessing that's not °C?
Need a little help =S

Seriously, I don't want to end up with crispy baked pie =p
If it is °C, my oven don't swing that way... max 250

Thank you!
I've already tried the cheesecake two times, and it's delicious!
but for some obscure reason I can't get the crust to bake just right. I do pre-bake it, but still, the middle stays doughy. I used dry rice to weigh it down, because the first time I forgot and I ended up with more crust then cheesecake... Lesson learned, but I won't give up.
Even if it's not that perfect, it's still deliciously scrumptious.
