It was a rainy sunday and I wanted to make a candied ham, and I only had cooking ham(slices). I didn't want to go to the store, so I did this.

    first cut your ham into strips

  2. Step 2

    in the pot add your mustard and brown sugar(since it was only the two of us I put 3 TBs of sugar and a couple squeezes of mustard)

    then I added a drop of water to make it more liquidy


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    then add your ham,

    keep it simmering until most of the liquid absorbs into the meat.

    (about 20 min)

    then remove from stove and serve
