Step 1Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the melted coconut oil (or margarine) and chocolate dairy free 'milk' and whisk together until it's a smooth cake batter.

Step 2Cover the top bowl with a piece of kitchen towel and put into the microwave for approx. 4 minutes. Check it after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds to make sure it doesn't burn.
It's ready when the top is firm and you can't see raw batter around the outside edge of the cake or bowl.

Enjoy your cake - with some syrup or sauce drizzled over, vegan ice cream or just on it's own!
