All you need for this design is some black polish and some white polish. I used a black nail art pen, but you can easily use some normal black polish and use a toothpick.

Paint your nail completely white and wait for it to dry.

Add a sharply curved shape of black to the tip of your nail.

Finally add a small bow shape near the base of your nail on the white polish and under the bow add three small dots. Allow it to dry and add a top coat, and then your done! ( I realise that the final picture is a painted false nail, but for some reason, I couldn't get a good picture of my actual nail)
