row1,ssk (slip slip knit) knit till 2 sts befor you get to st marker, knit last 2 sts toget repeat around,

row2, knit around,

repeat this 2 rows till you have 12 sts left ending with a knit round,change to dbn's when you can't work on your round needles any more

cut a good size tail,
using a really big needle thread tail through last 12 sts,
weave in all ends and cut
