Cut card stock to measure 4-1/4 X 11". Measure and score at 2" and 7-1/4"
From brown card stock cut a 2-1/4 X 2-1/4" square. Pre punch 4 holes in this square with sharp needle or awl. This will make it easier to sew the button and crochet heart to the card stock.
Take the crochet heart and center on the brown card stock. Using a sharp needle sew button to crochet heart and card stock using the pre punch holes.
Stamp the front of the card.
Using double stick tape attach the tag to the top portion of the card.
Your card is finished.
