This is a really easy dress to make, and still, I made a horrible mistake. that's why this tutorial is party with pictures and party with Paint pictures. I thing Paint is lame because I can't even draw a straight line.

You Will Need
- 1 meter Fabric
- Notions: Thread , Scissors, Pins, Sewing Machine
- optional Belt
- Shirt that fits very well
- Project Cost

Fold your fabric. Put a shirt on it that fits you very well. Decide were you want the skirt to begin (high waist, low waist etc). Cut it. GOOD SIDES FACING EACH OTHER!
Using a shirt is very handy because you can make a dress for every one without measure them.

Sew it, tie it off.

Cut a long string of fabric. Fold the sides and put a pin in it.

You are going to sew this around the neck.

It will look like this. Do the same around the armholes. You can doe this around the underside too. I decided toy just tie it off.

Now you can add a belt or something and your dress is ready to wear.
