I got this really easy recipe out of Janet Street Porters 'Lifes Too F**king Short'.

Put tomatoes in an oven proof dish and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle over with some fresh herbs. Bung in the oven and cook on about 200c for 20 - 30 minutes. They should be slightly burnt.

Cook pasta and spoon tomatoes over pasta and drizzle some of the oil/vinegar mix over. I also sprinkled a little grated cheese.
