You can interchange toppings in any omlette, but I wanted to add one for those of you who need direction. I used mushrooms and onions, but you can use whatever you want. This goes well with my banana smoothie recipe.

Gather all of your ingredients. Like I said, I am using mushrooms and onions.

Chop your ingredients.

Crack eggs into a pan. This was for me and my little sis so I used 3 eggs. Whip the eggs lightly.

Put this on your stovetop on a low heat. And add your toppings.

Push around with a... i dont know what its called, but you can use a cheese slicer, a spoon, etc.

When cooked it should look like this.
