So fast, easy and tasty
We love this in our household, there is never any leftovers even from my two year olds plate. Super quick and simple you'll wonder why you ever used the premade sauce from the shop.

- Extra Parmesan To serve
- Freshly cracked Pepper To season
- Sea Salt To season
- 6 Slices Prosciutto OR ham
- 1 cup Finely grated Parmesan
- 1 cup Single Cream
- 2 Egg Yolk
- 250 gram Pasta

Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water as per packet Instuctions, drain, then return pasta to the pan and place over low heat.

Add the egg yolks, cream, parmesan, salt and pepper and stir for 2 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken slightly and coat the pasta.

Place on serving plates and top with torn pieces of prosciutto top with parmesan
