These are Carrot cake nests, a version of Easter Cupcakes.

You need some vanilla cream of cream cheese, mix 1/2 tsp of ground ginger into this.

Spread some on top of you carrot muffins or cupcakes.

Top with mini eggs and finally grate carrot over the top.
