Just make any chocolate cupcake recipe with chocolate frosting. Then sprinkle with toasted coconut (400 degrees on a cookie sheet - stir freq til browned). I sprinkled lightly here because my friends aren't big into coconut unlike myself. Then put on a few Easter candy eggs. I prefer the Cadbury minis. Enjoy!
