This project didn't cost me anything because I had all this stuff laying around my house.

I just took an old cork board, added a mesh netting on the top half, and decorated around it! It's VERY simple. Make sure the mesh it pulled tight!

I hang the dangly earrings on the mesh and put the studs in the cork at the bottom!

Oh yes, and under the mesh netting, at the bottom, underneath that thick green ribbon in the middle, I put a piece of wood, to add some space between the mesh and the cork board, it makes it easier to hang those dangly earrings.
